Screamin' Snowman Snowshoe Race This morning I went and did the Screamin' Snowman Snowshoe race up at Eldora Nordic Center. It's near Nederland, CO which is only about 30 min from Boulder. Did the Greenland Trail Run www.greenland50k.com this weekend and was happy with my results even after the cramping and walking the last mile of the 8 mile run . I felt strong and awesome on the uphills. I even took 3rd in my age group....even though I don't think many gals my age ran it! ha ha. Oh well, got an awesome pint glass from it.Ted ran the 25k and did awesome. He is such a strong runner

Jack got really dirty on his walk with the dog walker yesterday. It was TERRIBLE. I just took him in the shower and stopped after about 30 min because I felt bad for him. So much scrubbing. Here he is doing his best Superman impression.
